There are two clutches on any gas-powered golf cart. The secondary or driven pulley mounts on the rear differential of the cart above the axle. You do not need any special tools to do this job, just a set of sockets, a jack, and a lot of elbow grease. would be happy to send one out today. Be sure this is something you can handle on your own. It’s very straightforward, but we would consider this a moderate difficulty level repair. If you are not comfortable, order the part from us and take it to your local shop for install.
