Please check and make sure the long arm of throttle linkage bushing faces up. If not, you can make a little adjustment of the carburetor as follows: 1. Pull out the throttle plate from the carb; 2. Push/rotate the throttle linkage bushing to the other side and hold; 3. Insert the throttle plate back into the carb
